THE EURYDICE PROJECT

A radical new retelling of the Orpheus and Eurydice myth — from her side of hell on earth. Featuring live music for percussion and strings, composed by Jane Deasy, follow Eurydice on an epic music-theatre journey of love, rage, fury and struggle against cold political calculation.

 

This visually stunning work explodes the classical myth into a highly visceral spectacle to unearth what lies beneath the fakery and chicanery of our patriarchal society.
